- How do I find which battery my Back-UPS takes?
- Read the model on the label on the back or bottom of the UPS, then open that model on this list. Schneider Electric's USA and Canada FAQ names one cartridge per listed model, or says the battery is not user-replaceable. The code printed on an old battery is not enough on its own.
- What is the difference between Back-UPS and Back-UPS Pro?
- Both appear on Schneider's FAQ. Back-UPS Pro models often add more outlets, LCD features, or AVR options, but the battery answer still comes from the exact model row, not the family name. Pick the Pro section only when your label says Pro.
- My UPS is beeping — which battery do I need?
- Beeping and chirping do not name a cartridge. Identify the model first from the list below, then read the UPS beeping guide if the warning continues after you confirm the listed battery.
- Is Smart-UPS on this list?
